🪵 Before You Begin:
The fireplace should always be set to “Pilot” when not in use.
The control knobs are located on the panel beneath the logs.
🔥 To Turn On the Fireplace (Normal Use):
Make sure the far-right knob under the logs is turned to “On.”
Go to the right side of the fireplace mantle and turn the timer switch to your desired time.
The fireplace will turn on automatically and shut off when time runs out.
When you’re done for the day, turn the far-right knob back to “Pilot.”
Do not turn it all the way to “Off.”
💡 During winter, everything is already set up. You’ll usually just need to turn the timer on the right side of the mantel to start the fire.
⚠️ If the Fireplace Does NOT Turn On:
First check if the Pilot Light is Lit
Look for a small flame in the center under the logs.
✅ If the pilot is lit
Make sure the far-right knob is set to “On.”
Ensure the far-left toggle switch (next to the knob) is set to “Off.”
Then rotate the timer switch on the right side of the mantel to start the fire.
❌ If the pilot is not lit
Make sure the gas is turned on — use the gas key (turn counter-clockwise) to open the gas valve.
Turn the far-right knob to “Pilot.”
While pressing and holding that knob in, press the igniter button (far-left button) until it clicks.
Repeat until you see the pilot flame light up.
You can also use the long lighter in the drawer under the coffee maker if needed.
Once the pilot is lit, turn the far-right knob to “On.”
Rotate the timer dial on the mantle to start the fire.
When Finished:
Always turn the far-right knob back to “Pilot” (not “Off”) when not in use.
Leave the timer in the off position.
The hot tub should be ready for you to enjoy anytime!
If it ever stops heating properly, it may have been switched into Eco Mode by mistake.
Follow these quick steps to return it to normal heating mode:
Press the Temp button immediately followed by the Light button.
The display will show one of three modes: SL, EC, or St.
SL (Sleep) and EC (Eco) will prevent the water from heating fully.
You want “St” (Standard) mode.
If it doesn’t say “St,” press Temp then Light again until “St” appears.
Wait about 10 seconds for the setting to save.
(Note: the “t” in “St” may look a bit unusual — that’s normal.)
Start from the left side of the stairs and slowly fold the cover halfway over to the right.
Then walk around to the right side and gently pull the lid the rest of the way off.
Always close and secure the lid after use to keep the water clean and warm.
💡 Tip: When finished, set the tub back to “EC” (Eco) mode to maintain temperature efficiently between uses.
⚠️ Hot Tub Safety
Please enjoy the hot tub safely and responsibly.
Supervise children at all times — the hot tub is not recommended for kids under 5.
No glass, bottles, or sharp objects near or in the hot tub (broken glass = $500 cleaning fee).
Do not add soaps, oils, or bubbles — they damage filters and heaters.
No diving, jumping, or horseplay.
Avoid use if you’re under the influence of alcohol or medication that causes drowsiness.
Limit soak time to 20–30 minutes and stay hydrated.
Always rinse off before use and close the lid securely afterward to keep the water clean and warm.

Use the safety belt and harness every time.
The safety belt is located in the cabinet under the kitchen sink.
Clip and tighten the strap securely around your child.
Ensure it’s attached to the zipline carabiner before riding and adjusted to their height.
Weight limit: 50 lbs maximum.
Only one rider may use the zipline at a time.
Check surroundings — confirm the landing area is clear and free of obstacles.
Hold the handles firmly with both hands.
Sit on the seat and enjoy the gentle ride across.
Never stand, twist, or jump from the line while in motion.
Carefully remove the safety belt and return it to the cabinet under the sink.
